Then we undid most of it. What's left is one ingredient: young coconut, picked in the Mekong Delta and sealed before it forgets where it came from. Nothing added, nothing to explain.
Lightly sweet, faintly green, and exactly as refreshing as the inside of a coconut should be. 325 ml, and not a milligram of anything else.
