Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made at cocowater.se and to your use of the site. Please read them before you place an order. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices and product information. If an obvious error has affected your order, for example a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and will inform you as soon as possible.

We sell only to consumers and only for private use, not for resale. For wholesale and stockist enquiries, contact business@cocowater.se.

Orders and agreement

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your order. Keep the confirmation as proof of purchase.

You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider at checkout. The available payment methods are shown before you complete your purchase. We do not store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver according to our Shipping Policy, which sets out delivery areas, times and costs. Please read it together with these terms.

Right of withdrawal

Food and beverages are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be returned or cancelled because you have changed your mind. Full details, including what applies before dispatch, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

Your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) always apply. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will put it right. How to report an issue and how refunds are handled is described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on cocowater.se, including text, images, logos and the CO/CO brand, belongs to CocoPulse AB or our partners and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for our products and services in accordance with mandatory consumer law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as disruptions at carriers, suppliers or in production. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disputes

If we disagree about your order, contact us first at hello@cocowater.se and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot reach a solution, you can take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se, whose decisions we follow. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre can guide you. These terms are governed by Swedish law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at cocowater.se when you place your order is the one that applies to your purchase.
