Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within Sweden. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are not shipping there yet.

Processing time

We pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time and carrier

Once dispatched, your order is delivered by PostNord within 2–5 working days, depending on where you are. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has left us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is 49 kr. Orders over 499 kr ship free.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed well beyond the estimate, or does not arrive at all, email us at hello@cocowater.se with your order number and we will sort it out. Damaged or faulty deliveries are covered under our Refund Policy.
