It's water from a coconut. We made it complicated.
That line is on every can, and it is the whole company in one sentence. We took the simplest drink in the world, overthought it for a year, then spent another year removing everything we had added.
What survived is one ingredient. Young coconut, grown around Bến Tre in the Mekong Delta, where the river and the soil do most of the work long before we show up. We pick it young, when the water inside is at its sweetest, and seal it before it forgets where it came from.
No concentrate. No powder reconstituted in a factory far from the tree. No added sugar, no flavour, no fruit that was never in there. 99.96 percent coconut water. The other 0.04 percent is the restraint it takes to leave the rest out.
We are a small company that believes the best thing you can do to good coconut water is almost nothing. That turns out to be harder than it sounds, and it is the only thing we are genuinely good at.
