Our philosophy
Water from a coconut. That is the entire product. The hard part was leaving everything else out.
No concentrate to rebuild, no sugar to balance, no flavour to fake. Just young coconut, picked in the Mekong Delta and sealed before it forgets where it came from. Most brands spend their time adding. We spent ours learning how to stop.
The standard
We set the bar at one ingredient. Young coconut from Bến Tre, and the restraint to add nothing after it.
The water inside a young coconut is already balanced, already faintly sweet, already full of what you want after heat. Our only job was to not ruin it on the way to the can. 99.96 percent coconut. The rest is the discipline to stop there.

Before it was a can, it was a coconut someone climbed for. Picked young in the Mekong Delta, opened by hand, tasted on the spot. We did not improve on that part. We just learned not to get in its way.
Everyday life
A coconut from the Mekong Delta, on a floor in Stockholm. That is the whole journey, and the whole point. Not a holiday in a can, just a good, cold, ordinary drink for an ordinary Tuesday.
